COMPLETELY different. We *do* support PAP when people dial in, ie, we will
challenge for PAP.
We DO NOT support PAP on dial-out, ie, the other end challenges us.

Other than the fact Internet in a Coffin has had a lot of problems (not just
with PMs, I got the same calls back at Xylo) I don't know why it isn't working.
You're not doing a dial script AND PAP, are you?
