PM negotiates zero IP address

Here's a new one for me. One of our PM's suddenly began
negotiating all IP addresses at 0.0.0.0 . That address
would show up on the log host for each connection then
the user would be disconnected (carrier dropped).

Resetting the PM cleared the problem and it hasn't
happened again. I only saw PPP connections so I don't
know if it would happen for SLIP. Also, all the authen-
tication was via radius. ComOS is 3.1.2 .

Anyone else seen this?
