I think there are two possibilities:
(1) Livingston publishes the data format of the data file generated
by pmreadconf. With a Perl utilitiy the raw data will be converted
into COMOS console commands. If you want to reconfigure the
PortMaster, you feed this file or parts of it to pmcommand.
(2) A utility, probably written in Expect, telnets to the PM and
requests the configuration data. A second utility program converts
the data into console commands as described in (1).
I hardly remember someone already wrote a Perl utility like in (2).
