Well, you need at least one Windoze box to be the actual modem manager.
We do things the old fashioned way.. if we need to get into the modem
manager, we go into the computer room and do it from the console. :)
I dunno about the standard SNMP.. I think it's in the works to make
it all Winsock compliant, but I don't think it is yet.
