We've seen something similar from time to time with Netscape and Trumpet
Winsock. When the user runs Netscape, they immediately get a window that
says "Unable to locate host." If they exit and rerun it, same thing.
Even rebooting doesn't fix it --- *BUT* --- when the error pops up, if the
user just hits "OK" and "RELOAD" it works fine. And the problem seems to
go away. Future invocations of Netscape do NOT produce the error. Seems
like a strange Netscape bug to me, but it's an easy fix. Maybe this is
what you're seeing.
