We had a lot of trouble with them locking up the line and require a power-cycle
to reset, but that appears to be fixed with the latest (3.3) software.
We wrote a utility that interacts with the Portmaster and the Microcom
modems and checks their version and loads new firmware to them if necessary,
so we can even do upgrades remotely.

On the other hand, it takes WEEKS for them to ship the units, and they often
have no idea when you'll be getting them, because they depend on the
availability of the Rockwell V.34 datapump chips, and the ISP sales program
gets the last of the allocations. *sigh*
