Yes but do this.

Login into the PM,
save all
change the password to 'livingston' (or something)
DON'T SAVE THE NEW PASSWORD
Let the Livingston tech login and update your PM
Let the Livingston tech reboot your PM
When the PM comes back online it will boot with the OLD password still
intact. You don't need to tell Livingston your actual password.

I did this a few times, not I can install from my SUN
