I'm trying to tell you that if your modem is configured correctly this
is _exactly_ what you need. You don't need an AT if your modems are
both configured correctly and don't have a whacked out bug. We have
alot of customers using AT&T modems so if yours are not behaving right
it's either config or a bug.
