We did not automatically subscribe anyone to any list. We subscribed
the *list* to -announce. In other words, *if* anything is sent to -announce
it will also come here. But we did not subscribe everyone to -announce,
and you will not get duplicates from it.

I checked, the only address with 'ftms' we have is brown@ftms.com which
is subscribed, once, to portmaster-users. You are not subscribed to any
other lists here.
If you are getting doubles, then perhaps you are subscribed to one of the
other exploders run by any number of sites. (Some people start lists for
local distribution and subscribe them to out list.) Check the headers on
the duplicate mail, make sure they don't come through different sites.
