Need pointers for compiling pmwho.c

Maybe this belongs in <duh>unix.newbies</duh>, but I'm trying to compile
pmwho.c and can't for the life of me find the lib <stdarg.h> called as an
include. Running SunOS 4.1.3 vanilla on a SPARC 20.

Can some kind soul puhleez tell me where/what/why/etc. this lib is?

And try to keep the flames down to a mere wisp of smoke, Otay?
