Re: busying out modems

My local SWBT install guy was here yesterday putting in new lines. He
said to just put a hard short across the line. Thats the way they do
it. He didn't say anything about locking out the line.

The cavet is that he said that the new lines would come in at the front
of my rotary sequence instead of at the end where I ask for them. I'm
not completely sure yet but they at least didn't come in at the front.
