I think you were doing fine until you made this leap in logic.
We use the SCP convention, but we also use L. Lusername gives
a shell. Just username is PPP. We also separated the radacct
logging on a per-user basis to make it trivial for our users
to check their times and traffic without loading down the web
server processing large logs.

I would be happy to supply the modifications we did to anyone
who wants them.
