Spurious 'spurious interrupts'

I just saw spurious interrupts in my syslog output on a particular port. Only thing is there is nothing attached to the port!

Anyone have any thoughts on this ?

This leads me to ask what commands should be used to tell the pm that a port (previously used for dialin/dialout) is no longer in use ?
