1.) PMPConsole for Windows (*ugh*) is ultra bug ridden. Among other
lossage it won't allow a SPID with a leading 0.
2.) after setting up the BRI ports by hand, the lights on the back of
the unit were solid, but the ports would show 'NO SESSION' or whatever.
Telco said they could connect right up to my equipment. (Past the NT1)
I had to power cycle and they came right back up.
This was just 3 BRI's, leaving S16-19 unconfigured. The next day the
telco hooked up the other two lines. Set them up by hand, they reset
just fine W/O a need for a reboot or power cycle.
