Haven't tried this, I use the command line. Seems to me that the Windows
software was pre-ISDN.

Probably "NO SERVICE".

Covered in the docs. You need to reboot for changes to ISDN switch type
to take effect.

Probably because the switch type had been correctly specified by then.
