It is one connector with all five BRIs on it. Saves cable clutter.
Paralleled with the five individual jacks. The cable is supplied because
the connector is unusual enough as to be hard to find, and because
Livingston realises that most people will want to use it. (Hint to
Livingston: Think the same way about rack shelves/ears.)
Terminate as follows:
Wht/blu - blu/wht -> BRI1
Wht/org - org-wht -> BRI2
Wht/grn - frn/wht -> BRI3
Wht/brn - brn/wht -> BRI4
wht/slt - slt/wht -> BRI5
