I have seen this happen on one of our boxes (SS 5) a while ago even when=20
we didn't do backups at that time (and the server load wasn't above=20
~0.10). We solved it by moving the WWW server of that machine (probably=20
generated some netload) and added some more RAM.=20
Just be sure to have alot of RAM and moderate netload then it will keep=20
authenticating (atleast it does here).
