reseller in Malta and I can help you out.

The init string which we use on our Telebit NetBlazers is the following:

AT&FE0V0Q0&C1&D3&E1&I1&K2L1&P0&S0&U3&V1*E1*Y2S73=10S34=100S111=1S0=1&W

I know that you use a PM, hence the reason for the general configuration
above.
