I don't think that the issue is that it's 'outdated', rather it's because
it's not practical for use in a dial-in to a central site ISP thing, 'cause
you never know which B channels on which BRI you're gonna hit. Bonding
would require extra overhead to manage the BRI's to ensure that the D
channels link up correctly to achieve that bonding of the B's. Anyway,
good stuff and thanks for the update, 'cause closing the loop really
helps us all out.
