USR level-2 Sportster support (must be Courier level-1 washouts)
recomended to me several months ago that setting the DTR low time long
would "help" to prevent sportster 33.6 lockups. It does seem to help,
but it's not a cure.

In my mgetty.config:
# USR suggests lowering DTR for 4 seconds to reset modem
toggle-dtr-waittime 4000

When can we expect ComOS source to be included with PM's? :)
