New IRX-211 Setup

I just started to configure a brand new IRX-211, I have connected a
terminal up to the console port. I can get the boot and diagnostics
messages on the terminal, but when I get prompted to login, I type in
"!root", but it seems that there is a password on it is there a way to
bypass it, I cannot even log in to configure it. The documentation
says that "When shipped from the factory, there is no password."

Any help would be apreciated, I have left a message for support to
call me, but I need to go for supper soon.
