So you hit return for the password and it rejects it?

Sounds like someone put a password in there, it wouldn't leave here like
that.

Call into support 6AM-6PM Pacific time. Have a terminal connected to s0 with
dip switch one rasied. Login as !root with password 'override'. This will
return a challenge. Pass this challenge to the support tech and they will
generate a response. Login as !root again, this time the password is the
response. You should now be logged in. Use 'set password' to change the
!root password. Note - both the challenge and response are case sensitive.
