This bit me the first time. The documentation should read, "When shipped
from the factory, there is no password. Hit [ENTER] at the 'password:'
prompt when accessing a Portmaster for the first time."

Either that or Livingston should re-do the code to not display a
"password:" prompt when there is no password stored. I would think that
clarifying the documentation would be easier.

I tried "portmaster", "Livingston", "default", and the like for a while
before I figured it out. I bet they get tech support calls on this.
