Just put a filter on the wan port to not allow connections to port 109
and 110 (pop2 and pop3) The manual also gives good suggestions on other
services you may want to block, as well as how to stop IP spoofing from
outside your net. All with a filter.
I block DNS requests, pop and IP's from my class C with one.
