sportster-i isdn modems w/ win95?

has anyone had a problem with that? One customer h as a dual-boot
NT4 and win95 machine with a USR sporster-i isdn modem--it works with NT but
not under 95. set debug 0x52 shows the win95 machine sending icmp nak's and
disconnecting. Any ideas?
