Yes I have had this problem, as well others have. One person suggested just
doing a hard reset (pulling it out and back in again... the story of my ife
(sorry I had too)). This seems to have fixed the problem for the most part.

Hmm I have not seen this, but basically the modem going "OH", off hook.
