Never heard of that before! What does it do for you?

It is; though we have seen odd results with &d3, wherein (I think) the reset
causes the PM to think someone's on-line. This apparently lead to a cycling
condition where the modems were regularly resetting.

We do the same, except that I took to adding S10=60.

If anyone has more info on S-registers for the Hayes modems, pass it along.
The Hayes docs have been really spotty on some of these things.
