We don't support downgrading as a solution and we will not support you
with version 3.1.2 and ESPECIALLY not 3.1.3 as that was a bad release.
If you have any problems you should address them to support so they can
be fixed instead of ducking them.
3.1.2 and 3.1.3 both have a security hole - fixed in 3.1.4
Both have the 0.0.0.0 address bug - fixed in 3.3.1.
And a number of other issues, such as the WAN port bug - fixed in 3.3.1c1
