Adding RAM to PM

I have a base 2e30 with 1M of RAM. I don't plan much funky routing or
filtering and have 200K of free RAM now. Is there any advantage to adding
more RAM. I'm only using a little more than half the lines, and there may
be no advantage to adding more, but as cheap as it is to do so I figure I
should if there is any advantage at all.

Also 30 pin, parity or non-parity? Any speed requirements.
