Anyway, once every couple of days, one of my six (not always the same
one) portmasters will start giving "Host is currently Unavailable"
and it is always the fact that it seems to run out of memory. ie 16
or so nbufs available when doing a show mem. A reset all and a reboot will
fix it, but of course I lose whoever is online.
It is not always the same portmaster, or users on ,or anything that I
can see in common.
Normally they sit with over 1000 nbufs available. I don't have any
idle times set but this is handled by my UNIX box so I am reasonably
sure *wince* that it not a hung port causing the problem.
Has anyone out there in Livingston Land had the same problem?
Solutions?
Sympathy maybe?
