I always try to make my notes as concise as possible, but, as usual,
I forgot to include a lot of details. Sorry everyone.

Above Robert suggest I restart the radiusd. I neglected to mention
that I actually replaced the radiusd program, kill -9 both radiusd
process, and then started them as is listed in the rc.local file
to be sure they started the same. Still same problem.

Also, it seems that I'm missing something. To get the new features
to work with RADIUS I would have to upgrate the radiusd program,
not the ComOS? Correct? But all versions I can find, on the cd,
on the livingston ftp site, etc. are all versions 1.16.

I though about installing the Merit version, but something keeps
telling me to just stick with the Livingston version.
