Don't know about the OR, but I would suggest that you strongly advise them
either keep a POTS line or have sufficient backup for several hours or they
will lose voice capability over the ISDN when power is off. Same thing that
happens with Centrex lines. No power, no talk.

As far as I know if you have both B channels in use, an incoming voice call
on either B channel will not make it unless you have this option enabled by
the telco for the D channel signalling, which will only work on the Northern
Telecom DMS series switches. Guess what? Most switches are 5ESS.

Damn nice feature when using both channels, but.... 8^)
