Port-Limit only effects *multi-link PPP and multi-link V.120 on ISDN*.
In other words it does not:
* have any effect on async lines
* does not control simultaneous logins of ANY kind (ISDN OR ASYNC)
It does:
* limit the number of ports that a use can aggregate in a single multiline
ISDN connection.
A user can still login with seperate sessions, port limit just limits
the number of ISDN ports they can combine in each session.
