Our current version *is* 1.16 and the new features work fine with that
radiusd. There is *no* change to the code at all to use them. I've done
this numerous times - you just add the new lines to the dictionary file,
update the users file, and then restart radiusd. That's it. I hate to
say it, but if it doesn't work, you probably made a mistake/type somewhere.
Remember that RADIUS *is* case sensitive.
