Routing to NT Server thru modem ???????

I am trying to figure out how to get routing to a customer and I cant seem
to get it to work.... He is using a modem and NT server with RAS to dial
into me.
He has three machines on an ethernet at his side. I have given him a subnet of
206.170.191.64 with a netmask of 255.255.255.224

He has assigned his machines 206.170.191.65 .66 and .67 with his
connection to me from my class C as 206.170.176.252 He says NT says his
gateway needs to be an IP from a different subnet..... I dont use NT and
never have.....

My PM2eR is in the 206.170.176.0 255.255.255.0 class C

I have tried the following in my /etc/raddb/users file:

Pwood Password = "UNIX"
User-Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-Address = 206.170.176.251,
Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.224,
Framed-Route = "206.170.191.64 206.170.176.252 1",
Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobsen-TCP-IP,
Framed-MTU = 1500

Is the Framed-Netmask supposed to be 224 here or 255.0 since my
206.170.176.251 is not subnetted.......?

Should I be using 251 and 252 like I am in the Framed Address and Framed Route ?

What am I doing wrong or is it the customer ?
