Looks like radiusd is refusing - I've never seen this before.

No, the 'mem' should not be there.

If you use 'radpass' and a user has an expiration date set already, radpass
will set the date ahead from the day it is changed (not the existing date)
by the value in Password-Expiration.

Password-Warning is the countdown of the number of days before expiration
that a user will receive a warning.
