My are we planning ahead! We filled our first telco rack with the fiber
equipment and channel banks, yes the switching is done right here. The way
things are set we can push a desity of 90-120 per rack (standalone).

I would talk with the owner/manager and find out the last time the AC was
checked out. If it is low on R-22, the efficiency goes to hell. Part of
what we pay here for rent includes electricity (hehehe) and I mentioned that
it would be in their "best interest" to have it checked. Or we stick this
monster of a window unit in. 8^)

We crank the thermostat all the way down and today (after some approved
reducting, just have to love our landlord) it is starting to really cold, so
I may have to turn it up to 70.

Come winter we turn off the heat and open the window, which is behind the
modem racks with 2 16" fans for circulation or to draw outside air.
