You'll need to specify the netmask for the whole class C. Try the
following instead:

add netmask 204.141.7.0 255.255.255.224

If the Portmaster's ethernet is on one of the subnets you may have to
specify the netmask in the ether0 parameter as well. Do a sho ether0 and
see what its subnet mask and broadcast address are.
