Hayes Optima and Motorola Lifestyle

Hello,

Is anyone who uses Lifestyle 28.8s by Motorla having problems
with Hayes Optimas. I have a user that can only connect @ 14.4 and he
starting to get upset.

Any Ideas ? ? ?
