The IP address doesnt really matter. Trumpet Winsock and Portmaster will
negotiate with each other. Trumpet will first claim its own IP address
and Portmaster will approve that. If it's not usable, i.e. used or
invalid, portmaster will assign a new IP address from its available IP pool.
The new IP address is then written back to trumpet winsock.
