Assigned IP addresses

I have set up the portmaster to assign IP addresses dynamically.

I issued the following command:

set address <ip start of pool>

Unfortunately, the IP address keeps incrementing on the portmaster
everytime I log in. I'm the only one using the portmaster right now so
it's not because of concurrent logins. Any idea why this is happening?
Is it supposed to do this? I thought that once I logged off, it would
put the IP address back into the available pool and the next time I would
log in, I would get the same IP address. Maybe it keeps going till it
hits the assigned IP address + 30 and then starts back at the start of
the block?

I have a 30 port PM-2E.

Thanks for the help.
