Acct-Terminate-Cause = Lost-Carrier

I have added the version 3.3.1c1 to one of my PM2eR30s... alll 30 modems
are USR Sportster 33.6s..... I KNOW......

I have a LOT of users getting disconnected with th message:
"Acct-Terminate-Cause = Lost-Carrier "

and many user requested......

The connetion times run from seconds to many minutes from many various users
and ports...

Does Lost-Carrier mean the modem hung up the phone line dropped or is there
a DEFINITIVE answer ?
