Or, do to heavy load, the radius server takes 3.2 seconds for the full
turnaround time. At this point the PM receives the request back, but
ignores it and fires off another one. It starts a chain reaction, that
is like drowning the Radius server.

Wouldn't it be GREAT TO make that timeout confgiurable? Nahhh,
that would be to easy, and we COULDN'T have that! :)
