The best we have is in the note I posted annoucing the availability. We'll
work on more verbose ones as time permits.

No, it means Carrier was lost - and that is it. It could be the cable was
unplugged, the modem choked, the user hung up, the telco made a goof, etc.
All we can do is report what we see. We can tell you Carrier was lost, but
not WHY it was lost.
