We've gotten all our USR MP racks from capella. The first ones we got
were fine, but they didn't work right due to the bug they had, so we
returned them for "fixed" units. One had a small indentation, but it was
from USR.
Being that USR released an otherwise nice modem system with a serious,
intermittent, hair-pulling flaw, and tons of people returned them, they
must be putting them together with chimps.
We're looking to sell our (now perfectly working) USR units, to buy rack
unit(s) instead. $600ish for the rack and $200ish for hotswappable cards
means that we can get about 1.5 the modems we have after we sell the
USRs, plus we can add a modem at a time :)
