You can use any 1:1 cable on those USRs. Don't pay big bucks for cables.
I don't know how the RJ-45->DB-25 conversion goes, but as far as the
rj-45 cable itself goes, you can use any 1:1 cable, even a 10bT ethernet
cable -- which we've used in a pinch.

As far as the wiring in the RJ45-DB25 connector, it should be like
"MOD-TAP" you see around, probably the same connectors Zylogics uses in
its terminal server. Aside from that, all it takes is an OHMMeter to
figure out the wiring.

Point is, if you don't need to, don't pay those outrageous prices for USR
cables.
