My philosophy is be explicit - if you set them explicitly you never have
a moment where you are unsure of what the box is defaulting to.

Framed-Address = 255.255.255.254 means assign an IP. This is the default
so you could leave it off.
Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.255 should be obvious. In this case the
defualt is 255.255.255.0. And really it doesn't make a difference, there
is no benefit here of the 32 bit mask.

Framed-Routing = None - don't do RIP. I *think* this is the default.
Framed-Compression = etc - this I'm really not sure of the default, I
believe it is no compression. I'd have to test it.
