Setup one PM. Backup the config with 'pmreadconf', then apply that
config to OTHER portmasters. Then *immediately* go in from console and
change the IP since you've just written in all the IPs from the other box.

Other choice is to write a command script file and use pmreadconf to send
it to each PM in turn.
