Don't know which one of the ISU series you are referring to.

In any case, they all support V.120 and that works fine, but only the newer
AdTran boards support Multilink PPP, the older ones only support BONDING
MODE 1 which is *NOT* supported by Livingston. So, single B channel works
fine and 2B works if you have the newer models that support MPPP. The ISU
2x64 can be upgraded by replacing the eproms available for free from AdTran.
The ISU Express can be upgraded for $100 by sending in the box to AdTran
(needs a new board). Of course, if you have a recent version of either of
these models, then you should anyway be OK.
