Isn't there a problem with the netmask at 255.255.255.0 when the
PortMaster's are placed in 30 address subnets with ..224? Wouldn't this
prevent one dialin user from interacting with another, perhaps on another
PortMaster, or does the PortMaster manage to sort this out.
